    Day 1- it felt like someone put fire in my blood. Like definition of blood boil. I MEAN MY BLOOD WAS BURNT. I didn't give up strangely. But it feels good after I'm done, hopefully it's easier tmrw.

  • I’m going to be doing this workout until I’m happy with the results. I’ll be doing it twice a day and keep it up to date hopefully.
    I’ll also be doing alexis rens ab and hourglass workout before.
    Measurements: 64.7cm/25.5inches on both legs.

    Day 1: Felt the burn,. Didn’t need to take breaks apart from the ones included in the video. Overall feeling good 👍🏼.
    Day 2: I feel like this day was harder needed to stop before the timer ended on some of them but the squat leg kicks are a killerrrrrrrrrr.

  • I’m gonna be trying this!! Sooo…I think I’m just gonna do it for however long. But I’m not sureee..Anyway. Right thigh: 24. Left thigh: 25. I’m hoping to get a little bit off cause I’m really not happy with my thighs!! I’m just not confident..at all. I’m gonna come back everyday! Day1: Donee!! It was pretty hard But I was watching a show while doing it, but still concentrating on what I’m doing. There was…a few drops (a good amount…://) of sweat.

  • Day 3. Heavy breathing. A little sweat, much less than yesterday. Back not hurting. Succesfully did the rainbow bridges! Still feeling some burn, but over all much less pain. Did do one extra rep on a couple when I didn't feel the burn just to make sure I'm doing it right.

    Day 1 after workout:
    Right thigh is-52.2 cm
    Left thigh is-51.5 cm
    Remark for day 1-None of the exercise is as perfect as in video. Though I'm trying my best😅
