In this LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga News Update video, I showcase and talk about how the LEGO Star Wars The Razor Crest (75292) LEGO set, Resistance I-TS Transport, Death Star Final Duel (75291), and the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar Sets will include Secret Codes in the LEGO Star Wars building instructions which fans can redeem to unlock The Mandalorian’s Razor Crest, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Resistance I-TS Transport, Return of the Jedi’s Emperor Palpatine, and a holiday-themed Snow Gonk Droid for use as playable vehicles and characters in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. I also talk about how the AT-AT (75288), 501st Legion Clone Troopers (75280), Anakin’s Jedi Interceptor (75281), General Grievous’s Starfighter™ (75286), Knights of Ren Transport Ship (75284), and the Armored Assault Tank (75283) may suggest that the Hoth Speeder Bike, General Veers, AT-RT, BARC Speeder, 501st Clone Trooper, 501st Jet Trooper, Battle Droid, Jedi Starfighter, General Grievous, Airborne Clone Trooper, Knights of Ren, AAT, AAT Driver Battle Droid, Ahsoka Tano, and Ahsoka’s Clone Trooper will be playable vehicles and characters in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, with more news coming this Summer.

UPDATE: There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding these codes, so please allow me to explain. In the official press that was provided to me by WB Games, there is no mention of redeeming the codes that are included in the Death Star Final Duel or Advent Calendar sets being the only way to unlock Palpatine, and the Snow Gonk Droid, therfore they're more than likely just early unlock codes. However, the press release does explicitly state that redeeming the codes that are included in the Razor Crest, and Resistance I-TS Transport sets will be the only way to unlock those ships for use in this game. As for the other sets, the press release states that "several new LEGO Star Wars sets" will feature in this game, as "consumers can enjoy interacting with the same LEGO Star Wars vehicles, starships, and characters in real life and in the game!"
I don't like that you can only unlock the razorcrest with the lego set codes becuase what if some can afford to buy all those sets

Hey now that’s what we’re talking about now we finally have some brand new ℹ formation that we’ve been waiting for from Lego Star Wars the skywalker saga for my opinion TT ga,es have been working off their butts on this Lego game for all of this time. I cannot wait to play Anakin Skywalker Jedi starfighter in the skywalker saga now this is definitely going to get better and better.

The official description for Death Star Final Duel doesn't state anywhere that the "special character" that is unlocked by the code is Palpatine.
Even if it was true, I can't imagine that any of the characters in the set would be completely locked behind a code when they have been a staple of Lego Star Wars games ever since LSW II. If the code is for Palpatine, it will be an early unlock at best.
tbh i think its kind of silly that the only way to get the vehicles like the razor crest and others is to buy the sets to get the codes, i dont have room for the sets and i would just be buying the sets for the codes so thats my only problem i have with this game, other then that im all hyped up and ready for this game to come out
